By subscribing to Nordic IPTV, you agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Subscription access is provided per device tier (1, 2 or 3 connections) as selected at purchase. Sharing login credentials beyond the purchased device limit may result in suspension of access.
Plans are prepaid for a fixed term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not auto-renew. You will be notified before your plan expires if you wish to continue.
Refund Policy
Every plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation. If you are not satisfied with channel availability, streaming quality or performance within this period, contact us on WhatsApp for a full refund, processed within 3–5 business days. Refund requests made after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to activate and support your subscription — typically your contact details (WhatsApp number or email) and device type. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment details are processed through the payment method agreed upon during checkout and are not stored on our systems beyond what is required to confirm your transaction.
Service Availability
While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target through our anti-freeze CDN infrastructure, occasional interruptions can occur due to factors outside our control, including upstream provider issues or local internet connectivity. We work to resolve any disruption as quickly as possible.
